Growth strategies for AWS Partner
Prior to engaging with Your Allies it wasn't clear what value we were getting from marketing activities within the business. Linsay at Your Allies took the time to fully understand our requirements, how our business operated, and worked with us to draft a comprehensive marketing strategy. We now have a clear and consistent approach to marketing that can be measured and we're getting a higher return on our efforts. Your Allies continues to provide us with strategic advice as we continue to improve.

Marketing mentoring for The Royal College of Physicians
Linsay has been a valuable support to me in generating a strategic marketing framework for the RCP. She has listened and factored in the characteristics of our organisation, and balanced this with a commercial outside perspective, providing me with tools and techniques to measure current performance and identify strategic ways forward. I would recommend her to others who are looking for a refreshing perspective!

Whilst working with Watch Me Think on a landmark product launch, we established that the market research company wasn’t optimising their website copy and pages. Your Allies delivered practical SEO training over a two-week period which included an intro to SEO, valuable advice on keyword searches, background reading and practical exercises. The marketer now has the skills to write keyword-aware website content which has resulted in increased web traffic and improved rankings on Google.Whilst working with Watch Me Think on a landmark product launch, we established that the market research company wasn’t optimising their website copy and pages. Marketing capabilities review & recommendations for Opal BPM
Opal BPM, a software company helping retailers manage their private label brands, wanted to improve their marketing efficiency. Your Allies conducted an initial audit of their target market, sales collateral and marketing campaigns to establish successes and learnings from their previous activity. We also ran a focused workshop to clarify their future objectives. Marketing capabilities review & recommendations for The Call Business
Award-winning B2B telemarketing agency The Call Business (TCB) reached a point where it was crucial to know where to best focus marketing budget and resource to ensure their growth targets were met. Your Allies took TCB’s Managing Director through a Marketing Capabilities Review – a two-part process which identifies strengths and weaknesses, spots business-critical gaps and provides prioritised recommendations on where to best invest budget and resource. TCB has since further optimised their marketing strategy, confident that budget and resource is focused on the most fruitful marketing activities.

RMA Consulting, a leading London-based UX and technology design firm, had reached a point where professional sales and marketing were needed to accelerate business growth. After translating the market research brief, with their target UK audience in mind, we first selected suitable pollsters, reviewed their proposals then got to work with our chosen supplier. International planning & execution for ERP provider, Deltek
Deltek was faced with a challenge many global businesses experience – how to make sales and product messages work across different territories. They brought Your Allies in to localise global value propositions and make them compelling for the UK market. They then needed us to adapt that messaging to work on their website.
Once we got under the hood and understood Deltek’s proposition, we took them through one of our messaging processes. The output: strong UK-focused messaging fit for purpose. From this we wrote website copy for them to promote one of their product lines.Read the full Deltek case study here.

Engaging, ROI-focused campaigns
Lead generation test campaign for ERP vendor Deltek
The German market was growing for Deltek and thus was their need for professional, localised marketing. We were pulled in to support sales by building a lead-generation focused marketing plan, and executing it.
Drawing on our international marketing director experience we worked diligently with their German sales director and internal marketing team. A plan was developed in 4 weeks, and we were executing lead generation activities (telemarketing, pay-per-click, PR) by week 5. The test campaign delivered better clarity on which channels work for their chosen target markets; an increase in quality and quantity of web traffic; plus a primed, well-targeted pool of contacts ready for sales to prospect. Content creation & social media management for property finance business Joint Equity
With a potentially market-changing proposition, Joint Equity’s MD called on Your Allies for strategic and executional support to help tell his business’s story to the housing market. Our team took care of shaping video storylines for films which were needed to speak to key target audiences, managing the video supplier and filming itself, as well as editing the final clips. We then helped bring these videos to life, developing a supporting social media campaign to distribute and engage with potential investors and home-seekers. These have formed a key element of their ongoing marketing efforts and continue to help Joint Equity tell their story.
