Challenge

Arkk’s CEO had ambitions for significant growth and realised marketing needed to take a leap forward

 

Solution

Your Allies’ founder, Linsay Duncan, was brought in to perform an initial diagnostics which shed light on current marketing performance and offered steer for Arkk’s 2018 strategy. From here Linsay then led the strategy and execution, managing and mentoring Arkk’s marketing manager and joining the leadership team. Close alignment with Sales and Product formed part of her day-to-day, as did supplier management and bringing in resource from the Your Allies network.

She ensured marketing efforts were aligned to support sales whilst being firmly customer-focused. To improve visibility of marketing within the Exec team she built a marketing dashboard to share performance updates each month.

 

Results 

  • Through 12-months of Your Allies support, a comprehensive brand refresh, multiple campaigns, a monthly marketing dashboard, multi-media content and successful events were delivered. 

  • Marketing performance improved across all channels (77% of revenue came from sales generated through marketing inquiries) and the perception of marketing was significantly elevated within the business. 

  • Arkk’s brand presence increased dramatically through focused LinkedIn and content marketing, through more engaging visuals and through carefully chosen sponsorships and partnerships.

  • Arkk’s marketing manager grew professionally, picking up new skills and earning herself a promotion.
